Measure your head first (tape or string around the widest part, 1-2 cm above the eyebrows), then read it off the table above — MET sizing is not the same as the next brand's. Across the range, MET covers 52 to 64 cm (20.5 to 25.2 in). If your measurement falls outside that, no MET helmet we track will fit you.
