The right helmet for your head.
Tell us your measurement and we'll show you only the helmets that fit — with each model's independent safety rating.
- Use a flexible tailor's tape. No tape? Use a piece of string, then measure it against a ruler.
- Wrap it around your head about 1–2 cm (½–¾ in) above your eyebrows and ears — around the widest part.
- Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.
- Note the number and enter it above. (1 in = 2.54 cm)

How it works
Every helmet brand cuts its sizes differently — a size L Giro is not a size L Kask. FitForRiders keeps one database of real size charts across brands, so you enter your head circumference once (in cm or inches) and instantly see which helmets fit, which exact size to order in each brand, and how each model scores in independent safety tests (Virginia Tech STAR and Folksam).
We currently cover road, mountain-bike, gravel and urban helmets from Giro, Specialized, MET, Kask, Lazer, Fox, Endura, Bell, Nutcase, Abus and Bern — from budget picks like the Specialized Align II MIPS to WorldTour lids like the Giro Aether MIPS — with special attention to hard-to-fit sizes above 61 cm (24 in).
